3.4. Upon submitting User Generated Content, you: Acknowledge that all Service users may access the content and GameGigi has no control over user actions. Warrant that you possess authorization to grant GameGigi the license mentioned in 3.2, and that submitted content does not infringe third-party rights or violate any applicable laws. You indemnify GameGigi against third-party claims, costs, and damages in this context.

You indemnify GameGigi and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees against claims, related costs, and damages arising from disputes with other Service users or third parties connected with the Service.
